Whether you require us to be your virtual IT dept or would simply like additional consultancy for your new server install, we are always on hand to help.

As every company is different, our support package levels are personalised to give maximum benefit to you, thus helping you leverage your IT investment.

All Bramatt Computing support contracts contain the following levels as standard:

  • Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm Manned Telephone and Remote Support Desk within the UK.
  • Monthly System Health Checks (On site or remote).
  • Unlimited Support Calls, telephone and e-mail.
  • Confirmed SLA times for all support calls (This SLA will be agreed subject to your business requirements).
  • Basic Administration and Management tasks.
